Blood on the Dance Floor is an electronica movement that started out in 2006 in Orlando, Florida with Christopher Mongillo and Rebecca, but wasn't official until 2008 when Garrett Ecstasy joined and helped collaborate it.
Their first album, "Let's Start A Riot!" was released on April 16, 2008.
Eventually Christopher and Rebecca left, leaving only Dahvie and Garrett. Together they released an album and two EP's. When Garrett got kicked out, Jayy came in the picture around 2009 right before the Crunk Kids Tour, and they've been working together ever since.
Dahvie and Jayy met at a concert and immediately became friends.
Jayy would tour with them and after a few years of being friends, Dahvie later asked him to join. Jayy was new to the music scene, but was glad to have this opportunity.
Together they have sold over half a million MP3's and continue to dominate!
They're unsigned and refuse to be signed where someone would have control over what they do, but they do have their own record label called, Dark Fantasy Record.
The first person they're signing is Hayley Rose which is a dear good friend of theirs.
Blood on the Dance Floor is known as "The Fans Band", along with their fans known as the "Slash Gash Terror Crew Elites".
They believe in Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect.
"We love our fans with everything.
We are the Fan's Band.
We are BLOOD ON THE DANCE FLOOR!
A movement of love."

Two stripes for unity, leopard prints for individuality.

about site

I am not and never claimed to be Blood on the Dance Floor.
Just things I'm sure a lot of Blood on the Dance Floor fans may want to know.
I'm just one person, and I don't know everything, but I do try to find out as much as I can about the band for you guys.
If you have any information about the band with facts to back it up, please let me know through my Submission box or through an ask.
Later on this year I will talk to Dahvie about the band's history, and if there's a certain thing you want to know just submit it, titling it "Questions about BOTDF".
